I have 1 computer that will send and receive codes from multiple CNC machines. but at 1 time, it will only connect to 1 CNC machine. So for the NCnet lite.. does it connect to only 1 CNC machine at 1 time or it will only work on 1 CNC machine and not the rest?

NCnet Lite can only connect to one CNC machine at a time, but it can be installed on a computer that communicates with multiple CNC machines. So, in the user's case, NCnet Lite will work but will only connect to one CNC machine at a time.
Test Serial Port cannot select COM 4, only 1 & 2 what's up with not being able to select the current COM Port? I don't have a 1 or 2 COM Port. USB Serial adapter automatically configures to COM 4. My computer is controlled by an admin so I cant change it

The issue may be related to the Windows settings. It is possible that the system is set to only recognize COM ports 1 and 2, and not 4. If the computer is controlled by an administrator, try asking them to adjust the settings to allow for the use of the COM 4 port.
I downloaded the installer and when I click run it asks for a password. Doesn't specify at all what the password is from but just asks for one. I cannot run the installer until I give it this password that I have no idea what it would be.

It is uncertain whether the NCnet Lite 4.1 software will work on the upgraded computer without further information. It is recommended to check the software's compatibility with Windows 10 or contact the software developer for more specific information.

Yes, you can upgrade your Windows 7 computer to Windows 10 64-bit, and NCnet Lite 1.4.1 should continue to run efficiently.
